Mark, For the first time in four days everything on our computers came up and started exactly as they were suppose to this morning. I realize it is your business to fix these things, but I really do appreciate how fast you got on this problem for us. The temporary patches you made kept us in touch with our companies; but we needed our file system to stay on top of the requests from our insured’s. I’m glad you were able to salvage it for us. I have had very good success in using your business. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your services to anyone I deal with. Thanks again.

I have been working with the Nexus team for almost a year now. They have helped the company I work with, International Office Technologies, and me through a wide variety of issues that we’ve faced; including Linux support, Adempiere support, and remote desktop support. I remember last year when I was first introduced to Joseph and the Nexus team. I was having severe difficulties with Fedora Linux, and getting open-sourced software to work properly on the operating system. I didn’t have a lot of resources to go to for answers, and it was quite a headache. Joseph stepped in, and quickly showed himself to be friendly, fun, and knew how to get to the bottom of the problem. That same customer experience continues even today. Everyone that I have met through Nexus since then has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to problems that we face in the company. Nexus has and will continue to be a strong resource for support and solutions that our company depends on day after day.

I took my laptop computer to Nexus. As I am not very computer savvy and had lots of questions, Mark helped me and was very nice. He let me know I would be getting a call before they did anything. Next a man named Brandon called me and explained to me, in my language, what was going on with it and what my options were. He said he would call me when it was done. He did call and we went to pick it up a few days later. My daughter and I asked a lot of questions trying to understand the whole virus thing. Brandon was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very informative. My daughter and I both felt like we walked out of there with more knowledge in fifteen minutes than we have heard all together up to this point. And the price was extremely reasonable. We had a great experience and will definitely go back.

This is a letter of thanks and appreciation for the guys of Nexus and the promptness in which they diligently fixed our Internet crashing problems in conjunction with the router and server issues. Thanks to Brian who stayed here all day investigating the problems and having to listen to me. We can’t say enough good things about Nexus!! The staff at their office is amazing to work with. They are always happy to assist us in whatever our needs may be and never make us feel dumb for asking. Nexus has been our technical support team for oever two years and they have walked us through some pretty difficult computer problems without ever getting frustrated. In our business, the Internet is essential and when it goes down, productivity is brought to a standstill. On more than one occasion, they have rushed over to get us back up and running in a short time period. Some of the solutions did not come quickly and required multiple technicians, but they never gave up. They make us feel like we are their only clients even though they have a very demanding workload as well. Their level of commitment and dedication to their clients is seen in all that they do.
